The Parliamentary Hopeful Candidate on the ticket of the ruling New Patriotic Party in the Tain Constituency, Hon Afful Manu Benjamin has stressed the need for the Party (NPP) to concentrate on providing more developmental projects in their strongholds to enhance the party’s chances of breaking the “8” in the 2024 general elections.
Reacting to the outcome of l the just-ended by-election at Assin North in an exclusive telephone interview with the Correspondent, Hon. Afful Many Benjamin stated that the Assin North by-election should be seen as a wake-up call for the ordinary citizens in the country to consider voting for development.
And rather not for party or personal interest.
According to Hon Afful whose Motto is ” Service to mankind and Nation is service to God”, the constituents did not construe the developments the NPP was doing.
“The ongoing development in the Assin North is bonafide that the NPP government is determined to develop the area, and for that reason, the constituents had no justification to vote for the NPP candidate”, he stressed.
