Consider Pastors Who Engage Themselves In Wealth And Properties Competition On The Social Media Platforms As Fake – Apostle J.K.Appiah.

The General Overseer of the Faith Outreach Ministries located at Kumasi Anloga in the Ashanti region, Apostle John Kweku Appiah has entreated the good people of Ghana to treat with contempt, any man of God who is spotted on the social media platforms making show off about his wealth, mansions and other properties before the public.

The clergy noted that pastors of such characters should be outrightly condemned, and regarded as false prophets the scriptures talk about.

This is because acts of displaying wealth and properties by any true man of God in the public are not biblical.

Apostle John Kweku Appiah dropped the hints when he was speaking to journalists in an interview as part of the church’s thirty days annual program which has the theme; “I Believe In Miracles” quoted from the book of St. Luke chapter 1:11-17.

Starting from 1st September, the 30 days program will be finally climaxed on September 30th 2023 where special prayers would be said for the President, the Vice President, Cabinet Ministers, Members of Parliament, Chiefs and the entire Ghanaians for God’s protection, blessings and the development of the country.

According to Apostle Appiah, the Bible though hardly speaks against wealth, but it is religiously unethical for a pastor to make show off about his wealth on the social media platforms.

Such pastors he said, potray themselves as not true men of God but rather followers of material things.

The man of God observed that what is currently happening in the priesthood with regards to the proudness of pastors are all end time prophecies from God.

Hence a true christian needs to be vigilant, watchful and prayerful in order to avoid fallen prey into the traps of the quacks who could easily overturn your faith in Christ.

As man of God, your mandate is among others to be a role model, show good manners for others to emulate, preach the true word of God and set good examples but not a case of displaying wealth on the social media platforms.

The clergy reminded Christians and for that matter Ghanaians to take into account, the scriptures in the bible which quoted that “many are called but few are chosen” and forget about those pastors who use the Bible to pretend as if they’re Angels of God to deceive the society.

Apostle John Kweku Appiah asserted that pastors are the mandatory agents of God to seek the salvation of the lost souls, and if any pastor falls short on this principle, then he cannot tag himself as a true representative of God.

We should leave those whose focus are to use the name of God to acquire dirty wealth, and remained resolute in our faith to defend the word of God since God blesses his faithful servant at the right time, the powerful man of God pointed out.
