United States Supreme Court ruling: Covid vaccines are not vaccines.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. won his case against all pharmaceutical lobbyists. Covid-19 vaccines are NOT vaccines. In its decision, the Supreme Court confirms that the damage caused by Covid mRNA gene therapies is IRREPARABLE.
As the Supreme Court is the highest court in the United States, there is no further appeal and all avenues of appeal have been exhausted. In a statement, Robert F. Kennedy stressed that this success was only possible thanks to the international cooperation of a large number of lawyers and scientists. Of course, this decision sets an international precedent.
Particularly in Switzerland, this decision is expected to have an impact, because Switzerland occupies a special position in its Federal Constitution.
On the one hand, the Nuremberg Code appears in Article 118b of the Constitution and in Switzerland, the inappropriate use of genetic engineering in humans is prohibited, according to Article 119 of the Federal Constitution. This is supplemented by article 230bis of its Penal Code and this means that the perpetrators RISK spending up to 10 years in prison.
But this historic decision should also give pause to the rest of the world, because the Nuremberg Code has international validity and is also contained in Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. In the case of criminal charges, the statement should reference the Contergan scandal in order to give particular weight to the importance of these charges.
German lawyer Rainer Füllmich and more than 100 other German lawyers are actively involved in these cases.
NO media talks about it, neither in Switzerland nor in Europe. Unfortunately, it is almost mathematical that, given that it is a disruptive subject capable of modifying the financial and economic plans of the powerful lobbies of the PHARMACEUTICAL sector, public opinion is not informed about it. We are in the middle of a promotional campaign aimed at encouraging people to get vaccinated and then get vaccinated again, before next winter. It is very likely that if news of this historic decision ever circulates, it will be too late to allow the corrupt medical class, aligned with the positions of the pharmaceutical lobbies, to advance as much as possible in the vaccination campaign. LET US INVITE all honest people of good will to disseminate as much as possible this historic JUDGMENT of the Supreme Court of the USA. For our own good, but especially for the good of our children and grandchildren… let’s not allow lobbyists to irreparably ruin our health and put our lives in danger.
