Residents of Adeyaw Mbaanieye in the Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyira District of the Central Region are set to benefit from a new health facility, thanks to the District Chief Executive (DCE), Hon. Nana Kwaku Abban, and NPP parliamentary candidate Mr. Lawrence Kwabena Agyinsam.
The two leaders have officially broken ground for the construction of a CHPS compound edifice with supporting facilities, marking the start of the project.
In a speech Hon. Nana Kwaku Abban emphasized that the initiative of the project is part of the ongoing efforts to bring healthcare services closer to the people.
He commended Mr. Lawrence Kwabena Agyinsam for his commitment to improving healthcare in the district and urged the community to continue supporting Dr. Bawumia and Mr. Agyinsam in their efforts to bring further development to the area.
The DCE also called on the contractor to ensure that the project is completed within the scheduled three-month timeline, stressing the importance of timely delivery for the benefit of the residents.
At the event, Mr. Salifu Bawa, Director of Health, expressed his appreciation to the DCE and the NPP parliamentary candidate for their dedication to improving healthcare access.
He encouraged the community to make the best use of the facility once it is completed.
Mr. Samuel Baidu, Deputy Youth Organizer of the NPP and representative of Mr. Lawrence Kwabena Agyinsam, urged the community to continue supporting Dr. Bawumia and Mr. Agyinsam in the upcoming general elections, their commitment to bringing more development projects to the constituency.
