We trust this message finds you in good health and spirits.
The National Coalition of NDC Party Agents extends its heartfelt congratulations to all appointees across the country.
This movement represents the collective voice of all party agent members who dedicated themselves to protecting the integrity of our votes and ensuring our ballot boxes were safeguarded from attempts to undermine the will of the people, as witnessed during the 2024 election.
The victory we celebrate today is the direct result of the dedication and vigilance of over 39,000 party agents who refused to sell out the party’s future in exchange for money. Many of us sacrificed our lives, health, and resources to ensure our party’s success and to see His Excellency John Dramani Mahama return to the presidency.
However, we have observed a troubling trend in the treatment of our agents. After every election, those who stood firm to protect the party’s interests have often been neglected and denied their fair share of the rewards.
Now is the time to ensure that all party agents across the nation receive the recognition and benefits they deserve. It is crucial that these dedicated individuals are given the opportunities they’ve earned, and that the rightful rewards for their sacrifices are distributed.
We call for the recruitment of agents into key government institutions to further contribute to the development of Ghana. At least 80% of our agents should be given access to the following opportunities:
1. Security Services
2. Scholarships for further education
3. National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Plan (NEIP)
4. Youth Enterprise Agency
5. National Petroleum Authority
6. Ghana Airports Company
7. Various Harbors and Ports
Until these demands are met, the National Coalition of NDC Party Agents will pursue every necessary course of action to ensure our agents receive their rightful dues.
We also urge the leadership of the party to honor the memory and sacrifices of those comrades who lost their lives in the line of duty.
