The Risen People’s Party (RPP) has issued a fervent call to Ghanaians, urging patience and a hopeful outcome jn the 2028 general elections.

Speaking to a section of the media in Kumasi, Bishop Dr. Nana James Akwasi Oppong, founder and leader of the RPP popularly known as Jakwapo, stressed the need for citizens to remain calm and rally behind his party for a resounding victory in the upcoming 2028 general elections.
Bishop Dr. Akwasi Oppong expressed profound concern over Ghana’s paradox: a nation abundantly blessed with natural resources yet its citizens often grapple with persistent poverty.
He unequivocally attributed this widespread menace to alleged decades of economic mismanagement and rampant corruption, issues he believes have stifled the nation’s immense potential.
It was against this sobering backdrop the spiritual leader revealed that God divinely commissioned him to establish the Risen People’s Party to rescue Ghanaians.
As a man of God, God revealed to me to bring on board the party to rescue the citizens of Ghana from their challenges, Jakwapo stated, positioning RPP as a divinely inspired solution to the nation’s woes.
He described RPP as a formidable, visionary, and well focused political party that possesses the keys and policies essential to resolve
the country’s entrenched problems, provided they are entrusted with the mandate in 2028.
A renowned business tycoon with an international reputation, Bishop Dr. Akwasi Oppong pinpointed the instability of the Ghana Cedi as one of the country’s most significant economic obstacles.
In a bold policy pronouncement, he reiterated his unwavering resolve to transform Ghana’s national currency by proposing its pegging or outright replacement with globally stable currencies such as the US Dollar, Euro, or Pounds Sterling.
He posited that such a move would help stabilize the economy emphasizing the vital role these currencies play in facilitating global businesses and ensuring economic predictability.
With unwavering conviction the RPP leader assured supporters that the party is poised to win the 2028 elections by God’s will.
He extended an open invitation to all Ghanaians by stating, yours is to join and campaign to ensure that what God has written no man can delete it reinforcing the belief in a predetermined victory under divine guidance.
