Asante Akyem South Youth Organizer Of Npp Attacks Chairman In A Church Premises During Thanksgiving Service For Mp.
The congregation of the Asaka branch of the Church of Pentecost in the Asante Akyem South Constituency in the Ashanti region were taken aback on Sunday January 28, 2024 when the Npp Constituency Youth of the party, Simmon Agyeman gone crazy and without any provocation attacked the Constituency chairman of the Npp Mr. Noah. Kyei.
The incident happened during the thanksgiving ceremony which was organized for the incumbent Member of Parliament, Hon Kweku Asante Boateng who retained his position as the Mp for the area in the Saturday January 27,2024 parliamentary primaries of the Npp.
According to church sources it’s all started when the presiding pastor took his turn to preach the gospel after the worship and praises session had ended.
It was was said that whilst the firebrand sermon was ongoing the Youth Organizer Simmon Agyeman allegedly wearing charlie wote sandal, shorts and skin tight shirt emerged from no where and sundenly attacked Chairman Noah.
The website gathered that the action of the Youth Organizer abruptly ended the program with both the church members, presiding pastor and the invited guests quickly rushed down to rescue the innocent chairman.
The source added that it was through the timely intervention from the congregation present, else a different story might have been told.
Intensive probe from pastor among other dignitaries indicated that the Youth Organizer Simmon Agyeman hardly justified his beastly conduct in the House of God.
However, in the name of God and other dignified personnels pleaded with Chairman Noah to forgive the sins of the Npp Youth Organizer of which he agreed for the sake of obedience and respect for the authorities.
The Youth Organizer was lucky for the priesthood and politicians timely interventions otherwise l will teach him some bitter lessons so far as the the laws exist in the country, Chairman Kyei Noah hinted
Mr Noah linked the Youth Organizer’s hatred against him to his chairmanship role of the Npp in Constituency and the support he enjoys from the Mp Hon Kweku Asante Boateng.
He said since the delegates of the Constituency voted him to lead the party, the Youth Organizer in collaboration with others have shown open hatred against him even to the extend of fighting him during Constituency meetings.
Meanwhile separate investigations into the matter indicates that the Mp Hon Kweku Asante Boateng has personally taken issue up for redress
