Assemblyman calls on government over ‘death trap’ JHS block.

The Assembly Member for Kunkumso- Bankromisa electoral area in the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Constituency, Hon. Isaac Amaning has sounded the alarm over the deplorable state of the Junior High School (JHS) block in the area, labeling it a “death trap,”.

This dire situation underscores the need for urgent attention from the government to ensure the safety and well-being of students.

The plea from the Assembly Member sheds light on Ghana’s educational sector’s urgent problem of inadequate infrastructure.

Swift government action is necessary to address the risk that the JHS block poses to students.

As the government works to address the country’s infrastructure challenges, it is essential to prioritize education and allocate sufficient resources to improve facilities and provide quality education. The students of Kunkumso JHS and countless others deserve a safe and conducive learning environment.

“We have served several notices to the Municipal assembly to no avail. I’m calling by on the Npp government to address these pressing challenges before things get out of hands”, he reiterated.
