Remember that I, Comrade Baba Iddrisu reported having a misunderstanding with an Imam at the Michel Camp mosque who sought to lie to us, NOT TO BLAME government for our suffering and high cost of living citing PROFITEERING as the course.
He couldn’t hide but told the congregation on Friday NOT TO BLAME the finance Minister, Mohammed Amin Adam and government for the scarcity of food and high cost of living.
I had a serious argument with him to stop his attempts to deceive innocent Muslims and the Zongo communities to vote for the very corrupt people who imposed the hardship and suffering on us to further exacerbate our hardship and suffering.
Based on the disagreement, he threatened not to come and lead us in prayer on Fridays telling me to takeover the following Friday congregation.
I told him it is better for him to stay away, than to lie to congregants against the Islamic teachings.
I took the opportunity to warn the Muslims never to allow such hypocrites to our Mosques and Zongo communities.
This is the evidence why he sought to lie in the face of Allah and teachings of the Islamic faith.
Let us open our eyes wide and be extra vigilant.
