The Caucus has noted with disappointment attempts by some dishonest Imams and pastors trying so hard to CLEAN SWEEP and WHITEWASH the failed ruling Npp government led by Nana Akuffo Addo’s and Dr Mahamudu Bawumia who freely told Ghanaians that, “when the fundamentals of any nation are weak, the exchange rate will expose the nation.
That time a dollar was only Ghc4 and a gallon of petrol was only Ghc14.
Today the dollar is Ghc16 while a gallon of petrol is Ghc60 with Bawumia as the head of the Economic Management Team (EMT),
The Vice President and flag-bearer of the ruling Npp government and yet, in his preaching of yesterday Friday 9 Aug 24, the Imam of the mosque I attended, mentioned the name of the finance minister, Mohammed Amin Adam and tried everything to clean the failed government while seeking to blame the Muslims and the Zongo communities for engaging in PROFITEERING which Islam frowns on, as the true reason of our suffering.
He also failed to talk about president Nana Akuffo Addo given his daughter an Ambulance Spare Parts contract through sole source, of $34.9 million.
Do you know what this amount of money alone can do for the state?
I did my best to stop him but he won’t give me the needed attention.
For this reason the Caucus cautions all Zongo communities and mosques to be very prepared to reject and sack such disease of Imams when they come to the mosques and the Zongo communities to deceive unsuspecting Muslims into falling for more suffering and hardship while they fill their DIRTY POCKETS with gifts considered to be HARAM in all sincerity and honesty.
In conclusion, the Caucus urges all the mosques and Zongo communities never to take kindly with such dishonest people be they Imams or Pastors.
We further urge Ghanaians to fully reject Npp, reject Bawumia and vote massively for John Dramani Mahama M and NDC come December 7th 2024.
Ghana deserves better than state capture and a government full of corruption, mismanagement, illegal mining, corruption and illegal mining clearing of culpable government officials like in the case of Cecilia Dapaah and Akunta Mining where president Nana Akuffo personally and publicly cleared on record.
