Dunkwa-On-Offin Businessman Presents Food Items To The Less Privileged To Celebrate The Easter.

A renowned Dunkwa-On-Offin in the Central Region based business man, Dr Victor Gadri on the Easter Friday April 7 2023 donated food items worth over Ghc 100,000 about (1billion old Ghana currency) to the less privileged in the seven regions across the country.

The regions include Central, Western North, Volta, Ashanti,

Northern Region, Upper region and Western region respectively.

The rational behind the gesture was to enable orphans, widows and the less privileged ones to celebrate a befiting and comfortable occasion without thinking about who should be responsible for the celebration.

The offer made up of 500 bags of rice, 500 boxes of edible oil and 500 boxes of sardines were separately distributed to the seven regions each respectively.

Presenting the items Dr Kadri who also doubles as a philanthropist and a staunch christian who was recently honoured by the Kingdom University College in Florida United States of America urged Ghanaians to show love to the less privileged ones in the occasions like Easter.

He said as christians and Moslems it is our duty to show love and invest in the less privileged instead of saving our monies in the banks for interests.

According to him, investing and helping the less privileged especially the orphans is what pleases God most ,

Dr Kadri entreated those who have the resources to use their medium to establish businesses and create jobs for the youth to help improve the living standards of the people.

A spokesperson for the beneficiaries of the items Madam Afia Frimpomaah thanked Dr Gadri for the kind gesture and appealed to NGO’S, philanthropists and other corporate bodies to emulate the shining examples of Dr Gadri and follow suit.
