Exhibition of true leadership qualities manifest Itself….. As Fosu Frimpong Embarks On A Thank You Tour In Ahafo Ano North Constituency.
It is widely known in the Ghanaian society that it always the winner in a race who takes the lead to thank God and shows his appreciation to the people for their contributions towards his victory.
However in the Ahafo Ano North Constituency in the Ashanti region, the story tends to be opposite
And according to information reaches our newsdesk, the defeated Parliamentary Aspirant in the just ended New Patriotic Party (NPP) primaries for Ahafo Ano North Constituency, Mr. Fosu Frimpong. has set records as he has reportedly embarked on a ‘thank you’ tour in his constituency to express appreciation to the good people of Ahafo Ano North and the delegates for the overwhelming support he received from them.
Mr Fosu Frimpong has so far visited communities like Numasua, Nfante, Subrisu, Odumase, Keniago, Achina, Abodwese and Nfanibu.
Others are Dwaho, Manfo, Akwasiase,Mabang, Kyekyewere, Abosuaso/Tafo, Betiako/Asikafo and Ambantem.
The rest are Mofra Nfadwen, Katapei/Gyamenakrom, Suponso, Amakrom/Onyinase, Jacobu, Anyinasuso and Bonkrom.
He is also expected to visit the rest of the communities in the next few days to complete his journey, dubbed “thank you tour”.
Speaking to a cross section of the media in an exclusive interview to explain the rationale behind the tour, Mr Fosu Frimpong reiterated that though he lost the elections, he is grateful to the people of the Constituency for the support he received from them.
Hence the need for him to officially visit the communities in the constituency to express his appreciation.
He charged the people to remain united and promote peace and stability within the rank and file of the Npp, since in his view it is on through unity and peace that could make the party to break the ‘8’.in the December 7 general elections.
He pledged to pay a continuous visits to them in his quest to promote the development of the area.
He stressed that Ahafo Ano North will see transformation with his little resources despite the fact that he was defeated in the elections.
He noted that the votes bagged by him in the constituency was not as a result of his benevolence or performance, but was rather as a result of his love, loyalty and commitment towards the developmental agenda of Ahafo Ano North.
Mr Fosu Frimpong, who was warmly received in the communities he visited was hailed by the people for his benevolence and commitment towards the development of the area and the country as a whole.
The Constituents urged him to go independent or contest again in the 2028 election since they believe, he is the only right candidate who has the keys to salvage the people from their difficulties.
He was accompanied by some Executives in the Constituency and members of his campaign team.
