This man above, was the ADC to the then Vice Presenter H. E John Dramani Mahama, the President of Ghana.
When H. E John Dramani Mahama lost power during the 2016 elections, and as an active police officer, he went back to the Ghana Police Service.
For 8yrs that H. E John Mahama was in opposition, he never got promotion just because of his association with the then former president.
Upon the swearing in of H. E John Dramani Mahama just recently, the man who never saw promotion since then, was hurriedly elevated to the rank of DCOP, a step below an IGP.
As fate would have it, the man who was suppressed by successive IGPs including Dr. Dampare has been appointed the National Security Coordinator, a position higher and above the IGP and the man who refused him promotion will now have to be reporting to him daily during national security briefings.
