I Will Deploy Better Plans And Ideas To Enhance The Growth Of Dormaa East – Independent Parliamentary Candidate
An independent Parliamentary candidate who is seeking to be elected as a member of Parliament for the Dormaa East constituency of the Bono Region, Mr. Richard Afari has hinted at deploying plans and policies that will improve the development of Dormaa East and its surrounding communities.
Speaking to Kwaku Mensah Abrampa on GIFTS FM morning Show Dubbed Anopa Bosuo, Mr. Afari explained that he aspired to be a leader at a tender age to help in the development of his community and that has been the dream since infancy hence he deemed it a right time to push that agenda for the people of Dormaa East and its environs.
He said despite his youthful age, he is keen to offer the best for his people when given the chance to represent Dormaa East in Parliament hence he is working tirelessly to make dreams a reality.
Reacting to why he doesn’t join the 2 vibrant political parties in Ghana to pursue his dream, he explained that those parties have done their part in the development of the constituency and the country at large, therefore it is time for him to come on board with fresh and different ideas indicating that he doesn’t want to join any political party hence the decision to contest as an independent candidate with policies to foster the growth of Wamfie and the entire Dormaa East Constituency.
Mr. Richard Afari added that he has contributed his quota to the Growth of Dormaa East through the advancement of technology and the creation of job opportunities for the jobless youths.
He stressed that he with his family created the first ever and the largest table-saw at Wamfie which deals with the technological method of carpentry where furniture and other carpentry works are made with technology.
This establishment is one of the biggest printing press in Dormaa Ahenkro which has created a lot of employment for the Youths in IT, he pointed out.
He added that other NGOs have vowed to support his vision of becoming a member of parliament and pledged to support the people of Dormaa East in facilitating the needed development of the constituency when the mandate is given to him.
He emphasized that when voted into power as a Member of Parliament, he will ensure peace and unity in Dormaa East and build a community development Office in each community where opinion leaders could meet there to deliberate on the developmental agenda of the area for further action.
