Let’s change our mindsets from vain directions

Let’s change our mindsets from ‘vain directions’ and remain righteous to save our souls – Rev. Minister to Ghanaians.

Founder and leader of the Anointing Love Ministry in Kumasi in the Ashanti region, Pastor Justice Appiah has stressed the need for Ghanaians, especially Christians to renew their faith Christ, the rock of ages who have the power to salvage man from the bondage of sins.

In his dawn preaching on Tuesday April 17 2024, at a Kumasi based privately owned radio station, Silver Fm which was monitored by the correspondent, Pastor Appiah observed that the key to salvation and happiness rely on righteous life, since without such quality life of man would remain in shambles.

According to the clergy the existence of man is to live in a righteous way and serve God so that he would be saved after death.

But said out of ignorance and lack of knowledge of God many have been swayed by false doctrines from some quack pastors to denounce the word of God which is the source of happiness.

Today ,Pastor Justice Appiah said it is common to see people, even Christians who persistently approach some pastors on ‘directions’ (Akwankyere) mission apparently to seek miracles or prosperity in their lives.

The man of God described such miracle seekers as the most miserable people in the society insisting that many of such people have regretted their lives after their ‘Akwankyere’ missions, because the sources of their prosperity are not from God.

The pastor reiterated that many false and stomach pastors have joined in the noble profession of the priesthood using adulterated doctrines including the so called ‘directions’ (Akwankyere) to deceive and lead the sons and daughters of God astray.

This is the reason why l am advising you to run for your life and come nearer to Christ who have the power to transform life, Pastor Justice Appiah told his listeners.

Citing the book of Mattew 8-16 the clergy posited that it is only the word of God which can heal and free man from all his challenges, but not the anointing oils, powders, colored eggs, apples, Yesu mogya, bathing in the streams, handkerchiefs among others that have no power in them.

The man of God underscored further that it is only the wise man who builds his house on the rock and sustain storm when it rains because he is well secured and protected in advance, hence righteous life is important to God.

As human beings we are bound to face temptations and challenges in life but this should not serve us as a gate way to visit strange spirits or consult pastors whose backgrounds are suspicious to endanger our lives, pastor Appiah admonished.

For the fact that we have been accusing our forefathers of being staunch idol worshippers and are under condemnation in this later days, what is currently happening in the society with regards to pastors-turned necromancers and jujumen hiding under the Holy Scriptures to deceive innocent souls are more offensive than what our forefathers practiced in the colonial days, the pastor opined

He therefore sounded s word of advise to Ghanaians to allow themselves to be directed by the spirit of God and stay righteous for the sake their own salvation.
