A prominent figure within the Attwima Kwanwoma Constituency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Mr. David Armstrong has issued a strong appeal to party executives and members to retain the incumbent Constituency Secretary, Mr. Lukeman Mumuni who is popularly known as “Wise.”
As Mr. Mumuni gears up to recontest his position for the upcoming 2028 general elections Mr. Armstrong who is the Odumase branch Secretary of the Ndc emphasizes the importance of his continued service for the party’s electoral success.
Speaking to the Correspondent in an interview, Mr. Armstrong indicated Mr. Mumuni’s invaluable contributions and unique qualities that make him the ideal candidate to lead the party’s administrative efforts.
Lukeman Mumuni is a hardworking individual who has consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to foster strong personal relationships across all segments of our party and community, Armstrong stated.
His respect for everyone regardless of their standing has been a cornerstone of his effective service.
The call for Mr. Mumuni’s retention is particularly pertinent given the Atwima Kwanwoma Constituency’s status as a stronghold of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The Odumase branch Secretary believes that the NDC requires a secretary who possesses not only a diligence but also influencial, courageous and humble to effectively mobilize support and attract votes.
In a constituency where we face significant challenges we need a leader like Wise, who can inspire confidence and unify our efforts.
Mr Lukeman Mumuni’s dedication to party and the people is unwavering Armstrong added.
Armstrong David further lauded Mr. Mumuni as a unifier and matured politician who is ready to serve.
He highlighted Mr. Mumuni’s responsiveness nature, noting that he readily attends to phone missed calls of party members and addresses issues promptly.

Recalling the role Mr. Mumuni played during the 2024 electioneering campaign, Mr. Armstrong credited his contributions with helping to propel the NDC towards victory.

He urged not only the grassroots members but also the Constituency executives and and especially the delegates to rally behind Mr. Mumuni in the upcoming Constituency elections.
