Ndc thug who led choas during Ndc press conference in Kumasi speaks out.

The leader of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) thugs in the Ashanti region, who attacked the National Organiser of the party, Joseph Yamin, during a live press conference, has stated that they hold no animosity against the organiser or the party.

According to him, they have realiseds that the party lost the 2020 elections due to numerous press conferences. Hence, they felt there were pressing issues to address and not through press conferences, leading to the decision to disrupt the programme.

Speaking to the media after disrupting the press conference, he stated, “What the organiser said is true. The NDC sometimes takes things for granted, and we feel it doesn’t help.

We feel we lost the 2020 elections because of a press conference.

“So, we won’t sit down and be having press conferences. That is why we got angry when we came in. We allowed the press conference to continue, but we realised it was a waste of time, so we had to stop it.

“We had to sit them down and talk because whatever plot the NPP is plotting, we have information. So, if we have information, why won’t we take measures but rather resort to a press conference?

“So, it is not like we have a problem with the National Organizer or the party because we know John Dramani Mahama will win this election.”
