Npp Communicator Calls For Massive Support For Dr Bawumia To Break The ‘8’.
A popular stalwart of the New Patriotic Party (Npp) who also doubles as a Communicator, Mr. Amos Mensah has described the Vice President of the Republic who is also the presidential candidate for the Npp as a hard working and matured politician, Ghanaians, particularly the supporters of the Npp should massively back him to break the ‘8’ in the December 7 general elections.
Speaking to the Correspondent in an exclusive interview in Kumasi, Mr Mensah of the Manhyia North Constituency of the Npp observed that the presence of the Npp government under the leadership of President Nana Akuffo Addo and his Vice Dr. Bawumia has seen a lot of transformation and improvement in the country.
The communicator mentioned good policies like job creation, free senior high school, 1d 1 factory, roads, power, health, regular adjustments of workers salaries, digitization and among others social interventions in the country, as some of the obvious evidence that gives credit to the party.
For these reasons, Mensah said Ghanaians need to support the Vice President to come to power and do more following the exit of the president whose term of office would be ended in 2025.
From my probe, Dr Bawumia is heavy, in terms of economic management, transparency, soberness, respectfulness and above all a one who believes in human rights principles.
On the occasion Mr Mensah praised the vice president for delaying picking his running mate, describing it as a strategy to signal a word of advise to those who want the post to work hard to enable him ( Dr Bawumia) to pick the right choice he can work with.
He further advised those party activists who blame their joblessness on the party to stop since in his opinion, the party cannot go to the extent of dishing out monies into individuals pockets expect hardwork.
If the right time comes every one would enjoy his share, he advised, and urged party stalwarts to contribute positively towards winning the December 7 general elections.
Having made the assertions, Mr Mensah said he was not happy about the way some staff at the Electricity Co of Ghana have been politicizing power supply in the country to sabotaging the achievements of the Npp government.
He reiterated the Electricity Co of Ghana has in the recent times resorting to power blackouts to create the impressions that the faults comes from the government, even though they have not come to make their problems known to the government for solution.
I suspect the tricks as a dirty political game plan been masterminded by the large chunk of the staff believe to have affiliations with the opposition parties mainly the Ndc.
Mr Mensah on this note suggested for massive redundancy or dismissals exercise in the power sector to free Ghanaians from the ordeals they have been undergoing through under the ECG administration, since he strongly believes that the government has no hands in the current dumsor, dumsor issues in the society.
