Power Specialist Herbal Hospital Gains Massive Recognition Over Effective Treatment Of Hepatitis B

As part of efforts to contribute to the health delivery system in the country, the management of the Power Specialist Herbal Hospital Ltd has its headquarters in the Ashanti Region with additional branch offices in both Accra and Takoradi has been making giant strides in their fields.

The health facility is currently rated among the best private herbal hospitals in the country based on its unique services, especially on the area of hepatitis B treatment.

The services that have gained the facility local and international recognition respectively report King Amoah, in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.

It is also on record that a number of local and international organizations in appreciating the good works of the Power Specialist Herbal Hospital have given the outfit various distinguished awards to the credit of the management.

At a press conference yesterday March 15, 2023, at the hospital’s premises, the Traditional Doctor in charge of the facility, T/Dr Akosua Adu Akyaa told journalists that the awards were grabbed basically through the management efforts to treat HEPATITIS ‘B’ cases apart from the hospital’s mandate in general cases.

T/Dr Akosua Adu Akyaa disclosed that the organizations who gave them the awards allegedly carried out their own independent investigations through the advertisements they run on television and other media outfits without the knowledge of the management.

Stressing that after satisfying themselves that the herbal medicines we use to treat HEPATITIS ‘B’ prove to be potent, then they draw our attention for an award.

And this has even surprised the management, the Traditional Doctor told journalists.

She disclosed that from 2017 to date (2023) Power Specialist Herbal Hospital has been presented with 9 special awards from both Ghana and abroad and cited the last award from the Ghana Federation of Traditional Medicine Practitioners Association ( GAFTRAM) in 2022 where the hospital grabbed HEPATITIS ‘B’ Clinic of the year.

She mentioned the awards as follows – 2017 Heroes of Distinction Awards – Herbal Company of the year 2017 for Hepatitis B, 2018 World Changers Summit Awards 2018 organized in Dubai – Best Healthcare Center for Hepatitis B,. 2019 2nd West African Traditional And Alternative Medical Awards 2018 – Best Hepatitis B Clinic of the year.

Others are West African Alliance Awards 2019 – Best Herbal Specialist for Hepatitis B, Ghana National Herbal Awards 2019 (Nyamedua Herbal Foundation) – Best Herbal Clinic of the year for Hepatitis B, 8th African CEO’s And Legends Awards 2019 – Hepatitis B Specialist Clinic of the year.

She further disclosed the rest as the Glohamp Merit Awards 2019 – Global icon in Hepatitis B, Cenba Africa Business Excellence Awards 21 – Best Herbal Hospital for Hepatitis B, and 2022 Ghana Federation of Traditional Medicine Practitioners Associations (GAFTRAM) Hepatitis B Clinic of the year.

T/Dr Akosua Adu Akyaa described hepatitis B as a dangerous disease that tends to worry society because medical experts have failed to come out with its cure.

But thank God through intensive research Power Specialist Herbal Hospital has been able to treat HEPATITIS ‘B’, evidence she cited the various awards her outfits have been able to grab since 2017.

According to her, the hospital is making giant strides in the health delivery system, but what seems to be a challenge that has been confronting the outfit is the government’s inability to allow patients to use National Health Insurance cards to access health care in the herbal centers.

Making a passionate appeal to the government to look into the NHIS issue, she also called on the authorities to discourage the situation where chemicals are used to spray some important herbs that could be used to cure patients in emergency cases.

Power Specialist Herbal Hospital Ltd having its headquarters at Feyiase on the Kumasi – Kuntanse Lake Bosumtwe road in the Ashanti Region, with two other branch offices in Accra and Takoradi, H/Dr Akosua Adu Akyaa 9 appealed to the general public to refer their cases to the hospital for proper treatment.
