Ghanaians have been left in shock and deep mourning after a tragic helicopter crash claimed the lives of two government ministers and six others.
While the nation grieves, a Facebook post by popular Ghanaian prophet, Nigel Gaisie, has resurfaced, drawing attention to what many are calling a fulfilled prophecy.
Prophet Nigel Gaisie shared a vision where he saw the President in dark cloth, a symbol often used in the prophetic world to signify mourning, national loss, or the passing of a high-ranking official. He stated clearly that prophets do not always see everything in full, but rather in parts. However, he insisted that the promotion and recognition of true prophets must be taken seriously in Ghana.
Part of his message read:
“Today, Ghana mourns after a tragic plane crash involving members of parliament. Though our hearts are heavy, this is a clear reminder that God is still speaking, and He rules in the affairs of men. Let us listen, let us be vigilant and let us pray. Amos 3:7…ADM.”
This post has gained attention following the August 6, 2025 helicopter crash that took the lives of:
Dr Edward Omane Boamah, Minister of Defence
Dr Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed, Minister for Environment
Alhaji Muniru Mohammed, Deputy National Security Coordinator
And five others including military officers and an NDC official.
Many social media users and followers of Nigel Gaisie are now sharing the prophecy, calling it a “divine warning” that was not taken seriously.
The prophet’s message has sparked fresh debates about the role of prophecy in national affairs. While some believe it is time the nation paid closer attention to spiritual warnings, others are calling for more evidence and clarity when such visions are shared.
