Risen People’s Party calls for political alliance ahead of 2028 elections

The Risen People’s Party (RPP), spearheaded by its industrious flagbearer, Bishop Dr. Nana James Akwasi Oppong widely known as Jakwapo has issued a public invitation for competent and qualified politicians to join its executive team.

This strategic move is aimed at building a robust party structure and ensuring effective organization in its declared mission to unseat the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) government in the 2028 general elections.

According to the Nationational Secretary of the party Mr David King Amoah who spoke on behalf of the flagbearer Bishop Dr Nana James Akwasi Oppong and the RPP executive body, the objective is to champion a common cause centered on nationwide economic growth and development.

Bishop Dr. Nana James Akwasi Oppong revealed that this call for collaboration stems from popular demand, echoing the cries of the public who reportedly believe the nation’s destiny rests with the RPP.

The party is described as a vibrant political party with a clear vision, whose very presence could usher in ‘a new wave of change across the country.

The RPP is specifically seeking individuals with proven skills, investment-oriented, bold and round eloquent to bolster its leadership ahead of the crucial 2028 polls.

Expressing profound regret Bishop Dr. Nana James Akwasi Oppong lamented Ghana’s paradoxical situation: a nation endowed with abundant natural resources, yet its citizens continue to suffer.

He directly linked this challenge to alleged bad policies or policies that works through lip service.

Pondering the enduring struggles since Ghana’s independence in 1957 the flagbearer questioned, why since 1957 that the country gained independence Ghanaians still struggle for even one square meal and as Ghanaians have we tried to find the cause ?

He further challenged the narrative of a poor country in light of the many corruptions reports almost daily on the social media platforms involving huge sums of money squandered by public officials

The RPP he reiterated, is resolute in its commitment to discourage corruption within its prospective administration. Instead, positive and perfect policies would be swiftly implemented to change the destiny of the country.

Drawing on his experience as a game, an experienced politician and destiny changer Bishop Dr. Nana James Akwasi Oppong unveiled a unique economic proposition.

He suggested that Ghana should be introduced to spend dollar, pounds sterling or Euro to help move the economy especially on international trade.

In his opinion utilizing strong foreign currencies such as the dollar, pound sterling and euro would be the surerest path for Ghana’s success.

The Risen People’s Party is clearly setting its sights on the 2028 elections positioning itself as the answer to Ghana’s economic woes and a champion against corruption, seeking broad political alliances to achieve its ambitious vision.
