A fierce public clash has erupted between Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams and controversial political commentator Kwame Baffoe, popularly known as Abronye DC, following allegations of persistent sabotage and false accusations. According to a video posted by GhPage, the outspoken cleric issued a blistering warning to Abronye, accusing him of deliberately targeting and maligning him on a daily basis.
Duncan-Williams alleged that Abronye has consistently used his YouTube platform, Ohia TV, to go live and make what he described as false, reckless, and damaging allegations against him.
The Archbishop claimed the attacks have gone beyond criticism and crossed into intentional character assassination.
In an emotionally charged outburst, Duncan-Williams reportedly declared, “I swear on my remaining three fingers, I will blind you,” warning Abronye that continued attacks would attract severe consequences.
He insisted that Abronye’s actions would no longer be tolerated and that retaliation was inevitable if the alleged sabotage persisted.
According to the Archbishop, Abronye’s broadcasts are calculated efforts to undermine his credibility and provoke public outrage. He described the repeated allegations as dangerous lies capable of misleading the public and damaging reputations built over decades.
The explosive statement has triggered massive reactions online, with social media users sharply divided. Some condemned the strong language used by the cleric, while others argued that persistent defamation can push even respected figures to the brink.
Observers say the confrontation reflects a growing culture of unchecked online commentary, where YouTube and social media platforms are increasingly used to make unverified claims against public figures. Analysts warn that such confrontations, if left unchecked, could escalate beyond words and threaten public order
As the controversy intensifies, calls are growing for restraint, accountability, and legal action rather than public threats. However, Duncan-Williams’ message was unmistakably clear — he believes Abronye has crossed a dangerous line, and silence is no longer an option.
