The Paramount Chief of the Offuman Traditional Area in the Bono-East Region, Nana Gyan Brorkour II, has extended wishes and encouragement to the final-year Senior High School (SHS) students of Offuman who are writing this year’s West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
The Chief encouraged the candidates to remain focused and uphold integrity during the exam period.
Speaking to the correspondent in an intervieww in an interview the Paramount Chief Nana Gyan Brorkour II charged the students to overcome fear and anxiety, reminding them to trust in their abilities and apply the knowledge that their dedicated teachers have instilled in them.
Education he reiterated remains the most powerful tool to shape our future. I encourage you all to stay focused and believe in yourselves, he advised.
He emphasised the importance of integrity and discipline urging the students not to involve themselves in any dishonest practices.
Nana Gyan Brorkour II appealed to the youth of Offuman to refrain from using hard drugs, particularly Red the latest form of tramadol being abused.
