Accra, Ghana – As the world stands on the cusp of a new year, Senior Apostle Abraham Appiakorang, the Founder and General Overseer of Victory Zion Ministry (My Father’s Temple) in Accra has delivered a powerful message of hope and encouragement to Ghanaians.
He assures the nation that 2026 will be a year of “total breakthrough,” rooted in unwavering reliance on the word of God and a commitment to righteous living.
Apostle Appiakorang’s sermon, resonates with the themes of breakthrough found in the Book of Joshua chapters 1 5 which emphasizes that achieving significant breakthroughs in life is not a matter of chance but a direct consequence of anchoring oneself to divine principles.
He posited that the year 2026 represents a fresh chapter, an opportunity for individuals to reflect on past missteps and forge a path towards a more prosperous and fulfilling existence.
The new year 2026 is a new beginning a new journey for each and every one of us Senior Apostle Appiakorang declared.
It is a time to pause, to take stock of our past and learn from our mistakes and set our sights on a brighter future the clergy advised.
He further urged his listeners to remain steadfast and resolute in their faith as he warned against insidious traps laid by Satan.
We must remain firm in our faith and actively avoid the snares that the enemy has set for us, he cautioned. This steadfastness he explained is rooted in the immutable nature of God.
God is a capable and solid Being who will never forsake or abandon His true sons and daughters to be consumed by the devil , he assured.
To understand God’s faithfulness and protective power, Apostle Appiakorang drew parallels with the Biblical account of Moses.
He reminded his listerners that just as God guided and shielded Moses through difficult times so too will He continue to guide and protect those who fear Him.
The same God who protected Moses even in his most difficult moments is unchangeable and will continue to be our refuge and guide,he affirmed.
The prophetic message have been extended to all Ghanaians irrespective of their geographical location.
Whether one is facing challenges abroad or within the country Apostle Appiakorang declared a prophecy of total breakthrough for all who embrace God’s word in 2026.
Whether you are outside the country or within and facing life’s challenges I prophesy unto you that 2026 shall be your year of total breakthrough.
The man of God elaborated on God’s role as a benevolent Shepherd who is ready to offer protection and an abundance of life.
Since God is our Shepherd He is ready to protect us and grant us life in its fullest measure, with overflowing abundance, he stated.
The journey of 2026 he envisioned must be a journey characterized by success fruitfulness, and prosperity, all to be accomplished in the mighty name of God.
Beyond individual blessings Senior Apostle Appiakorang also prophesied a period of economic development and national breakthrough for Ghana in 2026.
He expressed his belief that God’s favor will come upon Ghanaians who love Him and strive to live according to His will.
In concluding his powerful address Apostle Appiakorang issued a solemn appeal to Ghanaians to abstain from antisocial vices.
He emphasized that by purging themselves of negative behaviours they would create an environment conducive for God to open the stream of prosperity and goodness” for the nation.
He took the opportunity to extend his warmest New Year greetings to all Ghanaians as we usher in 2026 with a message of divine promise and collective advancement.
