Black Sherif emerged as the big winner at the 24th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.(VGMAs) held on May 6th yesterday. The artist was awarded the highly-coveted Artiste of the Year (AOTY) prize, triumphing over other notable contenders such as Piesie Esther, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, and Camidoh.
Apart from the AOTY award, Black Sherif also scooped up several other accolades, alongside over 20 other talented musicians who were recognized for their contributions to the music industry.
The VGMAs ceremony showcased a star-studded lineup of performers, including Piesie Esther, KIDI, DSL, Epixode, Lasmid, King Promise, Gyakie, Sarkodie, Pheelz, and more.
