The Supreme Court has just done the honourable and patriotic thing about the controversies surrounding results of certain Constituencies in the country.
They have declared that the EC was WRONG to seek recollation, and so the already declared seats STILL STANDS. It is the Npp or the other aggrieved stakeholders who were the right people to request for recount but NOT the EC who is supposed to be the neutral arbiter, and I have always pointed that fact out.
EC must never be crying more than npp and the other losing political parties. That is very wrong. It is good however that this determination is made so that after swearing in, we can petition the court for jean Adukwei mensah to explain why she was hell-bent on destabilising the nation with arrogance and with impunity.
