Sebastian Obenng has warned owners of unauthorized dumping and structures on waterways to regularize their permits or risk face demolition of their facilities . The warning follows the recent flooding in some parts of the municipality. The MCE's stance was as a result of a recent hour,-long downpour which led to the submerging of homes, destruction of properties and leaving some families displaced. The Mce issuedd the caution after touring the affected areas to assess the extent of the damage caused by the heavy downpour.
