26 – year – old man hanged himself to death after he was dumped by his girlfriend.
Thinking that committing suicide would be the best option to shame his enemy. a 26 year old man who chose the wrong side of life, has found himself in his grave whilst his suspected enemy been his girlfriend is taking life easy in the society.
Joshua Obeng Gyamfi a.k.a Pilato, a resident of Wassa Dadiease in the Wassa Amenfi East District in the Western Region, is reported to have hanged himself to death.
The reports alleged that Pilato committed the suicide act because his girlfriend broke up with him.
It was said that in somewhere August this year, the deceased reportedly confided in friends that his unnamed girlfriend had threatened to discard him, and that several persuasions to reverse her threats had fall into deaf ears.
Sources said the friends though intervened in the issue but the girl hardly sucumbed, alleging that the situation never gone down well with Pilato who allegedly threatened death if the girl refused to stay with him.
But to the shock of all, the residents woke up one day only to hear that Pilato had committed suicide.
Meanwhile the case has since been reported to the police who are investigating it for further action.
