If you are not ready to be insulted don’t criticise Akuffo Addo – Gary Al-Smith
International sports journalist with Multimedia Ghana Limited, Gary Al-Smith has come to the awful realisation that criticising the untold hardships on Ghanaians by President Akufo-Addo and His Vice president Dr.Bawumia, come with unwarranted insults from supporters of the New Patriotic Party.
“If you are not ready to be insulted and dragged don’t criticise Nana Akufo Addo. It’s politics and that’s the way it goes”
Gary went on to argue that perhaps supporters of the Npp believe things are okay despite the opposite being true.
“I’ve nothing against those who defend him; they probably genuinely believe he’s Ghana’s best ever President, just like I think he’s opposite.
As many feel the weight of his incompetence, understand that some are enjoying.

The president’s out-of-touch demeanour and full reversal of the leadership Nana Akuffo Addo promised Ghanaians when he he was elected in 2016 baffles the sports journalist.
“He’s been out of touch for a long time. I have almost zero belief in Ghana’s current leadership under Akufo-Addo. They’ve proven, repeatedly, to not be what was expected. The hope in Akufo-Addo was evident in the historic votes that got him into power. If he should stand again, unlikely Ghanaians will give him same numbers. As for Ghana, it’s all we have. We’ll do our bit, and hope for better. The insults? Don’t worry about it. I’m used to ’em. Once my close family and friends know I’m fine, we’re good”
