Premix fuel deals and diversions rock Pru East District…As Ndc Parliamentary Candidate kicks against Npp gov’t.

Boat Owners Association of Yeji in the Pru East District have raised concerns about non supply of premix fuel to the District. The issue have been widely circulated to touch many stakeholders.

And it is against this background that the Ndc Parliamentary Candidate for the area,Hon. Emmanuel Kwaku Boam has reacted to the situation by exposing the Npp government’s tactics to suppress the people.

He said, the Npp government, Fisheries and Aquaculture Ministry and some party stalwarts in the District have allegedly diverted premix fuel meant to be distributed amongst boat owners and fishermen in the district.

Hon Boam alleged that Npp releases premix fuel to some party cronies who in turn sell the products to the Boat Owners and the Fishermen from government subsidies.

He pointed out that the fuel is sold at One hundred and eighty-five cedis(₵185.00) per a jery can but but through corruption the Npp faithful sell the products for three hundred and fifty cerise(350.00) per jery can.

According to the outspoken Ndc gun, some supporters of the Npp in this dirty game are doing this in favor of their members and leave the individual who are supposed to have benefited directly from the fuel.

Hon. Boam said, when one talks about the issue of premix fuel, they claim it’s a national shortage but there are some people who get the fuel and sell them at higher prices to consumers.

The question arises is where do these people get the fuel from and sell them at “Kalabule price boat owners.

This is why some of us have been telling Ghanaians that Nana Addo and his Npp government are super incompetent and cannot rule the country, he said

He further explained that, the government have put up many premix fuel automated offices of which one is at Yeji here but there is no fuel and asked about the essence of using huge money to put up an office and not getting it to do the purpose for which it was etablished.

Finally, Hon. Boam encouraged the Fishermen not to lose hope instead renew their faith in the Ndc since the party will use the “Landing Beach formation approach to solve the problem to enable the premix fuel consumers get direct supply as they have done it before and will continue to do it soon they take over power from the Npp
