Education

” Neglected futures” T T. Kamara condemns Hon Alhassan Tampuli for failing to invest in education in the Kpantinga Zone leaving children without basic school classroom furniture while promoting political handouts.

T.T. Kamara has extended his fierce criticism of Hon. Alhassan Tampuli, MP for Gushegu, pointing out that the MP has failed to build any schools or add classroom blocks in the Kpatinga Zone since taking office. Kamara highlights that while other MPs provide textbooks and uniforms to students, there is nothing to show for Tampuli’s efforts in education, especially in the Kpatinga Zone. He accuses Tampuli of neglecting educational infrastructure and failing to prioritize the children’s future.

Kamara compared Tampuli’s performance with that of his predecessor, Dr. Iddrisu Ziblim, who was committed to improving education in the constituency. Kamara emphasized that Dr. Ziblim was making strides in the education sector, but when Tampuli took over, he refused to continue his legacy. He stressed that this refusal has further compounded the problems in the Kpatinga Zone, where schools remain under-resourced, leaving children without the basic tools to learn.

Kamara urged the people of Gushegu to demand accountability from Hon. Tampuli, arguing that the MP’s failure to build on Dr. Ziblim’s efforts has led to continued underdevelopment in education. He emphasized that without proper investment in schools, the constituency risks falling deeper into poverty, and that a collective effort is needed to ensure Tampuli redirects his focus towards the needs of the community, particularly its youth.
