On Sunday, November 24th, the Atwima Nwabiagya North Constituency of the New Patriotic Party (Npp) held an energizing “Mega Walk” organized by its Parliamentary Candidate, Hon. Frank Yeboah.
This event served as a rallying point for supporters, emphasizing a shared commitment to ensure the Npp remains in power in the upcoming elections.
The Mega Walk concluded successfully and ended at the Barekesse lorry rank, demonstrating a high enthusiasm among party loyalists. Addressing the crowd, the constituency chairman, Alhaji Saleem, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the vast number of Npp supporters who turned out to participate in the four-hour event.
“Your presence here today shows your unwavering commitment to the aspirations of the Npp,” he remarked, resonating with the crowd’s palpable energy.
As the December 7 elections loom closer, Alhaji Saleem urged Npp members to maintain a positive demeanor and avoid any actions that could undermine the party’s credibility. “As patriotic citizens, I urge you to actively campaign for Dr. Bawumia as president and Hon. Frank Yeboah as our parliamentary candidate.
Their leadership is crucial for continuing the Npp’s transformative work for the nation,” he emphasized, echoing the party’s vision for a prosperous Ghana.
The atmosphere was further charged as supporters brandished placards with powerful messages, such as “Bawumia will be a president who gives respect to Ghana” and “Increasing the stock of students’ accommodations.” These slogans reflected the party’s commitment to addressing key issues impacting the lives of Ghanaians and underscored their belief in effective governance under Npp leadership.
Adding momentum to the rally, Mr. Kwesi Kwakye, the National Chairman for the “Bawumia 4 President” Movement, also addressed the gathering. He reassured party sympathizers that the Npp’s path to victory is bright, given the popular support for Dr. Bawumia’s proven policies that resonate with the needs of the people.
“I encourage you all to remain resolute and cast your votes massively for Dr. Bawumia and Hon. Frank Yeboah,” he declared.
Mr. Kwakye emphasized the importance of composure and integrity among Npp supporters, warning against any behavior that might diminish the party’s credibility as the elections approach. This call for unity and patience reflects the party’s focus on a peaceful electoral process.
