ADUM KWANWOMA GETS NEW CHIEF.

Nana Agyenim Boateng Dankawura has been enstooled as the new cheif of Adum KWANWOMA following the death of the late Nana Kofi Agyei who passed for eternity about seven years ago.

Nana Agyenim Boateng known in private life as Hon. Samuel Agyenim Boateng is a former politician and businessman in Kumasi.

Swearing an oath of allegiance to his overlord chief, Adum Kwanwomahene in Kumasi, Baffour Agvei Kesse over the weekend, the newly installed chief, Nana Boateng Dankawura told the gathering that he would ensure an open administration, whilst unity, peace and stability would be taken among some of his priorities.

He commended his overlord chief Kwanwoma Adumhene, Baffour Agyei Kesse who has fought a good fight to maintain the historic name of the Kwanwoma Adum stool.

Nana Agvenim Boateng took the opportunity to thank his overlord chief who also doubles as the Kumasi Gyaasehene for the role which he played to ensure his (Nana Boateng) installation as the Chief of Adum Kwanwoma.

Nana’s role is a worthy one and full of respect which gives reverence to Adumhene especially Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene.

He assured that hardwork, respect, submissiveness and obedience would be enforced in his administration to move the town forward.

In his brief admonition to Nana Agyenim Boateng, Adum Kwanwomahene Baffour Agvei Kesse spoke against attitudes that could tarnish the image of the stool.

He charged Nana Agyenim Boateng to show respect to his elders and all the citizens of the town to ensure that the developmental agenda of town is taken seriously to enhance his call as a chief.
