The Kumasi Kwadaso Constituency Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (Ndc) Mr lssa Moro has described the victory of Mr Johnson Asiedu Nketia as the newly elected National Chairman of the Ndc in the just ended Ndc national delegates conference as a victory for all party faithful.
It must also be seen as a victory for all Ghanaians, because the victory chalked at the Congress is the same victory it is going to happen
to favor Ghanaians in the 2024 general elections, Issa alleged.
Speaking to the Correspondent in an interview on Monday December 19 2022, Chairman Moro observed that the past immediate National chairman of the Ndc, Mr Ofosu Ampofo who was defeated in the Congress will accept the defeat in good faith.
And work with Asiedu Nketia a.k.a Mosquito the past immediate National General Secretary of the party effectively towards wining the next elections in 2024.
Alternatively the Kumasi Kwadaso Ndc Constituency Chairman demanded that all the defeated contestants in the Congress should also remain resolute and back the winners in their bid to unseat the ruling Npp in the next elections.
Our common agenda is to wrestle power from the ruling Npp, therefore unity should be our main focus, the chairman hinted.
He stressed that now that the much awaited national Congress is over supporters of the party need to strategize measures and come out with campaign messages that could help woo electorates to enhance the winning chances of the Ndc.
We need to reorganize ourselves and move step forward to campaign at the grassroot level, insisting that the 2024 general elections would be a crucial one.
Chairman Moro concluded that since the early bird catches the worm, we need to start our ‘agenda 2024 victory campaign’ now.
