Drivers & Concerned Citizens Association Declare Support For John Mahama.
Galaxy Drivers and Concern Citizens Association have pour out their grievances and called for a change of government, comparing prices of fuel and other household commodities in the year 2016, there has been more than 100% increment on any items one would buy in Ghana today.
For instance 4.5 liters of fuel which was 1 gallon was 14 cedis in the year 2016. but as we speak now 1 gallon of fuel is 71 cedis, Diesel which was selling for 13 cedis is now 103 cedis.
Speaking to the Correspondent in an interview, the Association’s Chairman Mr Bright Agyemang Prempeh said, they have realized the need for change of government because during the tenure of the former President John Dramani Mahama things were far better than this Akuffo Addo -Bawumia administration.
According to Chairman Bright Agyeman Prempeh, looking at Ghana at a glimpse under Nana Addo and Bawumia led administration, the country has lost it’s resources and the economy has also been managed poorly.
This is how bad the NPP is managing the affairs of this country and we cannot sit down for them to drive the country into a pit.
As a result of all these, we the members of Galaxy Drive rs & Concerned Citizens Association, proudly announce our unwavering support for the candidature of former President John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming elections.
He said, the association boasts of membership of about 10.000 across the sixteen capitals and we unequivocally endorse the National Democratic Congress flag bearer for the 2024 general elections.
We officially declare our commitment to working towards the victory of the NDC. on December 7, 2024.
“Our decision to support the NDC’s candidate stems from the visionary policies and programmes that the party’s flag bearer has championed for the betterment of the teeming unemployment youth across the country.
We particularly applaud the NDC’s – 24 Hour economy initiative and the proposed fixed rate on the importation of Spare parts products into the country, chairman Bright Agyeman asserted.
