E/R: FULANI LEADERSHIP REJECTS THREATS OF EVACUATION AT KWAHU TAFO
The leadership of Ghana Fulani’s Association, have expressed worry over some decisions taken by the chief of Kwahu during the just ended Akwasidae celebration day at Kwahu Abene, demanding hundred cattle from Fulani’s residing in Kwahu for the final funeral rite of the late Kwahumanhene, Daasebre Akuamoah Boateng II.
Speaking to the media, the General Secretary for the association, Alhaji Yakubu Mussah Barry said, he is much disappointed in some double stand lifestyle of Kwahu chiefs.
According to him, early this year, this chiefs collaborated with their district chief executive to evacuate all cattle headsmen residing in Kwahu and its environs which lead to beheading one of their two innocent sons who lost their life’s in the process.
He added that the ten-day ultimatum issued by the chief of Kwahu Tafo in the Kwahu East district, Nana Kwasi Opuku Minta II should be retracted.

Responding to what is perceived to be threat by the leaders of Fulani Association, the general secretary, Alhaji Musah Barry has called for retraction of the comment made by the chief.
