Encourage Kennedy Agyapong To Play An Active Role To Help Break The “8” – Supports Of Ashanti Npp

It has been emerging from the corridors of the Npp that unless Kennedy Agyepong is encouraged to actively play a significant role in Dr Bawumia’s campaign team, the Npp’s quest to win the 2024 elections would be a mirage.

According to a cross section of Npp stalwarts in the Ashanti region who spoke to the correspondent, the various political surveys conducted by both the local and external researchers on the upcoming national elections point out that the ruling New Patriotic Party has a shaky position in the polls.

From Kumasi Bantama Agnes Mensah and Benjamin Franklin Appiah staunch party stalwarts noted that divisions, bitterness and discrimination tend to have characterized the party but the top guns are trying to portray that nothing is happening.

In Obuasi, Akwasi Paul of Brahabobome indicated that since seven years of the Npp’s existence many youth who fought for the victory of the party have been sidelined and completely denied of either jobs or any assistance.

Today they said, the party is no more attractive to them as they were anticipating for the leadership of Kennedy Agyepong but was not lucky in the Npp’s presidential polls.

Both party supporters from Offinso and Ashanti Mampong alleged that the executive members of the Npp are greedy and does not have the party at heart expect their ownselves.

Our team further got from Ejisu that apart the Npp allegedly turning the country into a corruption zone, many top officials have been hiding huge sums of monies in their homes a case Kennedy Agyepong has been always speaking against.

Among other anomalies in the Npp’s wardrobes, party supporters observed that unless Kennedy Agyepong comes in with a fresh campaign messages to help divert the negative notions harboured by Ghanaians on the party, no party stalwart should dream about the victory of the Npp in the December 2024 general elections.
