A member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Bosomtwi District of the Ashanti Region, Hon. Seth Ankrah has called on the rank file of persons who are 18 and above to use the opportunity and go all out to register their names with the Electoral Commission to enable them to vote out incompetent Nana Addo Bawumia’s government during the December 7th Presidential and Parliamentary election.

The vibrant politician noted that the registration exercise is the core mandate for every Ghanaian who turned 18 and above without any intimidation thus we all must take part.

Hon. Ankrah in an interview with the media urged all especially those in the Ashanti to come out in their numbers to register to Marshall numbers to vote out the NPP.

He reiterated that the exercise is a national program that mandates every Ghanaian to register hence entreating the Electoral Commission to provide a fair and flexible platform for all persons who are eligible to vote without any resistance.

The registration exercise started with a few challenges in some parts of the district officers despite the EC’s assurance to provide smooth and challenging free exercise, the EC could not deliver on such a promise…hence appealing to the EC and stakeholders to ensure every eligible Ghanaian is registered.

According to him, the lackadaisical attitude of the EC, he entreated the NDC not to lose guard of vigilance in the registration centres to ensure fair, transparency and incidence-free exercise.
