I have over 277 houses in Ghana but they’re all waste for me – Kennedy Agyepong

According to a report by Ghanaweb, Ghanaian politician and businessman, Kennedy Agyapong, has said that owning over 277 houses in Ghana has become a waste for him.

He made this statement during a recent public discussion, where he spoke about his life, money, and the lessons he has learned.

According to Mr. Agyapong, he started building houses many years ago because he believed it was a smart way to invest his money.

He worked hard, saved, and kept buying land and putting up buildings. Today, he owns more than 277 houses across Ghana.

But now, he feels that it was not the best decision.

He said most of the houses are not being used.

Some have no tenants, and others do not bring him good income.

He believes he should have done something else with the money instead of putting it all in buildings.

He said the cost of maintaining the houses is very high, and some of the properties even bring him stress.

Kennedy Agyapong added that, at his age, he has started thinking deeply about life and the kind of legacy he wants to leave behind.

He now believes that the true meaning of life is not just about gathering wealth, but about using it in a way that helps others and gives peace of mind.

He also warned young people not to make the same mistake.

He said they should think carefully before spending all their money on houses or material things.

He said real success comes when a person uses their money wisely and helps others along the way.

Mr. Agyapong ended by saying that even though he owns many houses, he is not as happy with them as people might think. To him, it feels like a waste.
