Madam Akua Donkor Threatening To Drag Nsawam MCE To Court
The presidential candidate for Ghana Freedom Party, Madam Akua Donkor says she would soon take legal action against the Municipal Chief Executive of Nsawam, Hon. Isaac Kojo Buabeng if he (MCE) fails to return back to her, her seized goods.
The said goods according to the politician were taken from her before the Assin North by-election.
According to Madam Akua Donkor, the goods include expensive clothes, gold, some amount of naira, cfas and undisclosed sum of cedis.
Part of the goods have been returned back but she unfortunately detected that major part of the had been kept by the MCE who have since refused to return them to her.
Again she also found out that some of the items were not hers, so she is still demanding for her right goods else, she will sue the Assembly led by the MCE.
Akua Donkor is also passionately appealing to the president Akuffo Addo to intervene before she engages the MCE for a real showdown.
