Top Businessman Rates Ghana As A Country Where Absolute Peace And Unity Exist Between Moslems And Christians.
The chairman of the Moslems Executive Foundation (MEF) a pro- Moslem Non Governmental Organization in Kumasi , Alhaji Musa Abubakari has described Ghana as the most tolerant country where Christians and Moslems live in absolute peace and unity to promote national development.
Speaking at an award giving ceremony at the Kumasi Culture Center over the weekend, chairman Musa commended Moslem and Christian communities in the country for promoting peace and stability among themselves to enhance the word of Allah.
The organizers of the function, “Spotlight Ghana” had earlier in the day awarded Alhaji Musa Abubakari a special certificate of honor for using his outfit, Moslems Executive Foundation to promote peace and unity among Ghanaian Moslems and Christians.
Part of the inscriptions on the prestigious award reads: “Best Muslim Youth Counselor Of The Year” which recognizes the chairman for the Moslems Executive Foundation for the immense roles he has over the years playing to transform the Muslims youth in the society.
Chairman Musa Abubakari observed that the peace and unity that exists between Moslems and Christians in Ghana cannot be underestimated because both Moslems and Christians are one people who have their inheritance from Isaac and Ishmael, same brothers brought forth by Adam.
Our peace and unity he said, must be our focus Alhaji Musa Abubakari advised and charged the youth to remain resolute and avoid negative tendencies that could raise credibility problems in the society.
Chairman Musa Abubakari who also doubles as the Chief Executive Officer of Basfam Group of Companies in Kumasi assured the gathering of his resolve to cooperate and serve the youth to ensure that the peace and unity that exists between Moslems and Christians in the country are protected at all times.
