Work Hard To Save The Country From Total Collapse – Apostle Boateng To Akuffo Addo.
The founder and leader of the Cornerstone Bible Church International sited at Kumasi Ayigya near the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), His Eminence Apostle Godbless Boateng has stressed the need for president Nana Akuffo Addo to work hard to save the country from collapse.
The clergy observed that the numerous complains from the public that link to economic crisis gives the clear evidence that the country is on the verge of collapse.
His Eminence Apostle Godbless Boateng dropped the hint when he was speaking to the Opera News Content Writer King Amoah in an interview on Sunday March 26,2023 after church service.
The Apostle reiterated that due to the alleged economic hardships and antisocial vices that tend to have taken dominance in the society, the citizens never think of the negative impact that could greet the country.
According to the man of God what Ghanaians should know in advance is that the country does not belong to any political party nor individuals but rather owned by Ghanaians themselves and as such we need to protect it.
Apostle Godbless Boateng expressed worry about the rising trend in which lawlessness, corruption . human rights abuses, disrespect to authority, lack of fear of God, ritual murder prostitution among others have been going on in the country whilst no one cares to find lasting solutions to them.
The Apostle decried about the manner on how people have been rushing for money as if Ghana is going to the end.
He said it is for these reasons and many many more hence he finds it prudent to appeal to President Nana Akuffo’s administration to work hard to solve the problems to help stabilize the economy.
From 2023 to 2024 been the election year if nothing is done about the crime wave in addition to the economic crisis, no one can predict the future of the country, the clergy alleged.
Apostle Godbless Boateng noted that the government of Nana Akuffo Addo have control over the national resources including the security, finance and also have labor force to transform the country and sees no reasons why the economy cannot develop.
The man of God further allegedly pushed blame on some pastors and traditional authorities who put pressure and give wrong advise to the government in exchange of butter and bread.
As pastors and chiefs our core mandates are to among others support government to shape the society for our own benefit.
He regretted that in Ghana some of the pastors and chiefs have diverted their causes and leading the government astray because of alleged wealth creation.
Apostle Godbless Boateng noted that president Nana Akuffo Addo can deliver if the pastors and chiefs turned politicians leave him alone.
He cautioned such pastors and chiefs that if they wanted to remain as pastors or chiefs they should stay clear for the public to respect them instead of the pollution in the profession.
His Eminence Apostle Godbless Boateng therefore entreated Nana Akuffo Addo to remain resolute and tackle the concerns of the people to enhance leaving a good legacy after his exit in 2024.
