A prolific Ghanaian reggae artiste, Mr Jackson Elvis Etuah, aka Papa Jay has stressed the need for the musicians in the country to stop coming out with songs that could have negative impact in the music industry.

He said as musicians it is our collective responsibilities to produce albums that could transform the society.

Speaking to the correspondent in an interview, Papa Jay who is the founder and leader of the PapaJay Music & The SikaDwa Royals Band expressed his dissatisfaction about the manner in which some musicians have been polluting the industry to the disadvantage of the qualified musicians.

Rather it is through hardwork, dedication and better approach to music production.

A musician has the power to corrupt or shape the society with his or her product but in summary, his or her music production should be focused on national issues.
