25-Year-Oldman Arrested For Stabbing Mobile Money Vendor.
In his attempt to kill a 35-year old Rita Owusu, a mobile money vendor and go scot free to enjoy a booty that he stole,a 25 year old man who allegedly made the move have been arrested by the police.
The incident took place at Feyiase in the Bosomtwe District of the Ashanti region.
The suspect, named simply as Junior was arrested by the residents of the community and has since been handed over to the Feyiase Police for further action, while the victim, Rita Owusu has been referred to the hospital for treatment.
According to source close to the victim,Junior allegedly attacked and inflicted cutlass wounds on her bodies and robbed her when she was on duty.
Adding that because the time was 6pm in the evening, some residents who caught the glimpse of the sordid spectacle pursued the suspect and caused his arrested.
Meanwhile, the police is investigating the matter to enable decision against the suspect.
