Questioning Kodua’s logic: Evidence based discourse.

By a correspondent.

Justine Kodua’s stance on electoral integrity has raised eyebrows, especially considering past incidents. In 2015, DMB’s unsubstantiated claims of 76,000 foreign names on the EC’s register prompted a forensic audit, which ultimately cleared the EC’s name.

Fast-forward to 2024, Dr. Omane Boamah presents evidence of voter list tampering, and the EC swiftly takes action against the offending officer.

It’s puzzling that Mr. Kodua now demands further evidence from the NDC, despite:

– *Voter List Tampering*: Dr. Omane Boamah’s evidence led to EC acknowledgment and officer reprimand.
– *Missing BVR Machine*: Initially denied, later found with someone in Nsawam.

The NDC’s concerns seem valid, and Mr. Kodua’s request for more evidence appears unreasonable. The EC’s responsiveness to evidence-based allegations suggests a need for transparency and accountability.
