Residents of Nkenkaasu, a farming community in the Offinso North District of the Ashanti Region, have called on the government to provide them with social amenities.
The residents indicated that they are living in a situation where their roads are unmotorable due to its deplorable state and thus impacting negatively to affect business activities in the area.
According to the farmers, they even find it difficult to transport farm produce to market centres as a result of the poor road network.
Hon Ceasar Ofosu-Acheampong, NDC Parliamentary Candidate for Offinso North constituency, expressed disappointment in President Nana Akufo Addo and Dr Bawumia, over the road situation which has become a big challenge for the people for the past eight years.
“We need someone who has the Constituency at heart and is ready to advocate for its developmental agenda, we need a patriotic missionary to rescue our area from this hardship, who can create employment, and that is what I stand for, I am that patriotic missionary who is ever ready to go all length to see our Constituency benefit from the national cake, Hon Caesar hinted
