Ndc urged to look beyond certificates in rewarding loyalty and hard work at the grassroot

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has been called upon to prioritize the welfare and recognition of its loyal members, beyond their educational qualifications. This comes as the party seeks to solidify its position as a leading force in Ghanaian politics.

The party’s leadership must acknowledge the invaluable contributions of all members, regardless of their educational background.

The notion of certificates being the sole yardstick for measuring an individual’s value to the party is misguided and detrimental to the NDC’s long-term prospects.

Recent developments at Ho Central Constituency, where executives expressed dissatisfaction over not receiving appointments, highlight the need for greater recognition and inclusivity within the party. The NDC’s leadership has been urged to take immediate action to address these concerns, ensuring that loyal supporters feel recognized and rewarded for their efforts.

The party’s commitment to social democracy, equality, and justice demands that it prioritizes the welfare of its most loyal and dedicated supporters.Infact by recognizing and rewarding the contributions of all members, regardless of their background or qualifications, the NDC can truly fulfill its promise of creating a better Ghana for all.

The NDC’s leadership remains cognizant of the need to promote inclusivity, recognition, and equal opportunities for all members. This can propel the party to build a stronger, more united, and more resilient support base, capable of driving meaningful change and progress in the country
