Jane Naana Poku Agyemang’s Presence As Running Mate To Mahama Scares NPP
It is becoming clear in the political landscape that fear and panic are steadily gripping the ruling NPP following the presence of Prof. Jane Naana Poku Agyemang, the running mate of ex-president John MAHAMA who is the flag bearer of the National Democratic Congress.
According to political watchers, the NPP sees Naana Agyemang as a great force in politics who can use her influence to campaign to see the demise of the NPP in the Dec. 7 general elections.
Supporters of the NPP who spoke to the correspondent but preferred also linked the NDC running mates to her strings of academic qualifications she possesses as another issue that would convince Ghanaians to bring NDC into power.
To reverse the trend the group is advising the bigwigs of the NPP to as a matter of urgency strategize measures that could outwit the NDC so that Ghanaians would accept the NPP manifesto to help break the 8.
If this advice fails to be enforced then the NPP should stop anticipating any victory in the December elections, the pro Npp activists told the correspondent.
