A prominent spiritual voice has weighed in on the crucial process of selecting a new Asantehemaa, the Queenmother of the Ashanti Kingdom.
Prophet Emmanuel Kweku Duah founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Oman Ghana Yedie Mpaebo Kuo a pro religious movement based in Kumasi has affirmed the Asantehene’s profound and divinely backed authority in enstooling a successor.
Prophet Duah’s pronouncement comes as the Ashanti Kingdom prepares to install a new queen mother following the recent passing of the revered Asantehemaa.
In a revelation described by his movement as stunning, Prophet Duah also popularly known as Bible Prophet explained that the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II possesses the supreme mandate to install a new successor.
Drawing a parallel to Biblical times, Prophet Duah stated that God will fortify and give Otumfuo Osei Tutu II the courage and power to stand firm as God did to Moses in the ancient days to win victory during this period of succession.
The clergyman then quoted the Book of Joshua 1- 9 where God assured Moses that He would guide him to become conquerer and victorious
Prophet Emmanuel Kweku Duah’s movement is tasked with the responsibility to pray 24/7 for the country its chiefs and citizens for economic development and breakthrough.
The clergy further emphasized the sanctity of traditional chiefs stressing that nobody can challenge the authorities of chiefs whom God has given them special powers to rule.
He added that while God bestows power upon kings their authority is ultimately before God and p from the collaboration of anointed prophets of God to help them to intensify and exercise their authorities.
According to the divine revelation shared by Oman Ghana Yedie Mpaebo Kuo also known as a prayer and spiritual movement, the spiritual powers of the stool and the ancestral spirits of the past queen mothers spiritually strengthen Asantehene to choose a new queen mother to succeed the deceased Queen mother.
Prophet Duah declared this custom to be spiritually true and beyond challenge by any person.
Having initially disclosed this revelation on his TikTok page, Prophet Duah reiterated his personal commitment and that of his prayer warriors to continue praying for Otumfuo and the Asante Kingdom for a progressive rule for a long time to come.
Prophet Duah’s pronouncement offers a spiritual endorsement of the Asantehene’s role in the revered traditional succession process, underscoring a belief in divine backing for the institution of traditional leadership in the Ashanti Kingdom.
