Npp has stolen too much money, don’t give power to foolish peoples -Archbishop Duncan Williams

Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, head of Action Chapel International, has encouraged Ghanaians to make careful and thoughtful choices when selecting their leaders, pointing out that these decisions shape the country’s future

In his sermon, he highlighted that effective leadership demands competence and wisdom, and that those entrusted with authority must meet high standards.

He warned against electing unqualified candidates, emphasizing that leadership carries serious responsibilities.

The Archbishop also voiced concerns about the current practice of appointing officials based on personal loyalty rather than merit, arguing that this has slowed national progress and denied capable individuals the chance to serve

Addressing members of Action Chapel, his remarks resonated with the frustrations of many citizens and subtly critiqued the performance of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) without directly mentioning it.

Calling the next election a defining moment for the country, he urged voters to see it as an opportunity to set Ghana on a better path. His comments are expected to fuel national debate on leadership and governance as election season approaches.
